PROTEIN MUFFINS

Greetings Friends of Steemit!!

Today I am going to share with the whole community a very easy recipe to prepare: Protein Muffins, these muffins are ideal for after exercising or training.

Advantages or benefits of taking proteins after exercise.


The proteins must be consumed after exercising or intense training, because in this way we protect our muscle tissue, and quickly and energetically we get rid of the fat. On the other hand, protein supplements optimize the regeneration of our body, help to sleep better, so you should drink them at night.

Protein Muffins.




INGREDIENTS:

  • One cup of chocolate flavor protein
  • Half a cup of cocoa powder without sugar
  • 1/4 cup of sweetener
  • A banana
  • Two egg whites
  • One teaspoon of baking powder
  • A teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • Half a cup of natural yogurt




    PREPARATION:

    1.- In a bowl we add the chocolate flavor protein, the cocoa powder, the sweetener and the baking powder, we proceed to mix all the ingredients.




    2.- To the previous mixture we add the natural yogurt and the vanilla essence. We mix.




    3.- We separate the egg whites from the yolk (yellow).




    4.- Then the egg whites are added to the mixture.




    5.- The banana is crushed or a puree is formed and then it is added to the mixture, beat until all the integrated ingredients are included.




    6.- Mix the mixture in the molds and take it to the oven previously heated to 180 ° C for approximately 30 minutes or depending on the power of the oven.
