This recipe is based on the typical traditional Caesar salad, but in this case we will give an original touch by incorporating the rich aroma and delicious flavor of the shrimp, with the sole purpose of getting away from the routine and changing our nutrition. And the best thing is that this dish can be prepared in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
-For the salad:
• 1 cup of shrimp
• 100 grams of lettuce.
• 1 cup of croutons.
• Salt to taste.
-For the sauce:
• 1 anchovy fillet.
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
• 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
• 1 tablespoon of English sauce.
Preparation process:
• When we have all the ingredients together, we start preparing the sauce or dressing that is very characteristic of this salad, and for that we mix well all the ingredients, correcting either the texture and flavor by adding a bit of mayonnaise or Parmesan cheese. And then we keep it in the fridge.
• Then prepare the shrimp (previously they should be cleaned and remove their shell if they are fresh), for that we use a skillet previously lubricated with a little oil and fry them adding a little salt and let them cook until be ready and manage to brown.
• On the other hand, in a large container, add the lettuce previously minced into pieces, the croutons and the shrimp and mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. It is optional that you also add watercress and canons.
• Finally the salad is added to the salad, trying to add it little by little and mix until it reaches the term you like the most.
• And ready to serve and taste.
