One day I walked in a buddhish vegeterian resteraunt in Hong Kong.
A nice waittress friendly suggested “Would you like to try the special soup we provide tonight?” “Sure.” I answered.
After then, I was lucky enough to taste the most delicious soup in Hong Kong.
The soup is cooked with the whole coconut from Thailand. Inside the the coconut shell, various dried mushrooms are hidden.
The delicate flavour brought me a big surprise. I had never ever tasted this kind of soup which would give me a sense of happiness.
The soup does not appear in the menu. Only frequent visitors know how to book it.
