Le Plongeoir
"Such a strange name for a tearoom!" may think the mere passer-by. In fact the Hermès store is located in the former swimming pool of the hotel Lutetia. The entrance of the tearoom is at the far end of the store just on the left. And ,heading to my favorite table, I can’t help myself from glancing at the cakes that are displayed on the way.
Yes, indeed, what a gourmand I am! But my real purpose is not only eating pastries but also drinking very rare tea and especially the one named “jukro” with its delicate chocolated flavour.
As it's a rare Korean tea, they don't always have it, so I'll just have a hot chocolate :
Or simply a chocolate-chestnut cake with a bowl of matcha tea!
Great food!! Thanks for sharing

Wow, exquisite! I would love to go there. The last time I was in France I was young and unsophisticated. I did not think to visit Hermes or its cafe.
And I adore their Art Nouveau dishes. I would love to have a set of coffee cups and dessert plates like that.
The fact that it was a pool and thus is now called Le Plongeoir is my favorite part!
