When I first stepped into the tea house launched by Arnaud Bachelin, I wasn’t surprised at all by the British style he had given to his new home.
I immediately felt at ease in the warmth of a sofa.
And this is exactly how I like spending the rest of the day : reading a book and taking notes under a subdued lighting while enjoying one of the finest tea of the menu. Most of the time I choose a Wulong tea from the Fujian province, with homemade scones and clotted cream.
