A healthy delicious and aromatic recipe from Kerala usually made with fresh fish "Pearl spot fish" or "karimeen" in Malayalam. Marinated with coconut & different spices, cooked in banana leaf. Banana leaf or plantain leaf helps release natural fats and oils from the fish which helps cook it properly . This is probably the most healthy way to fry any kind of fish so that all the nutrition retained within the fish.
It's a must try recipe.
