I made a Quinoa dish the other day, and it is so simple and delicious, so I thought I would share the recipe here :)
Ingredients (for one portion):
1/2 cup uncooked white quinoa
1 cup water
1 carrot
1 tomato
1/2 cup kidney beans
1 heaped tsp gochujang
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
How to make it:
- Chop up your carrot and tomato
- Put all the ingredients in a pot
- Bring to a boil
- Let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
And it is done! Quick, simple and tasty. Enjoy!
