FOOD BLOG: Papsy's BBQ(Talamban Branch)

Yow Whaaaaaat's up guys? its your boy again @mjp bringing you another food blog that will probably make you crave for food. So as you could see in my title that it was our 1 year and 11 months being together with my wife yesterday and we both are just to busy and needed a break so we decided to go somewhere near our place. And as we roam around Talamban area we found this beautiful and attractive building and was so intrigued with its lights and ambiance. So their we decided to go inside the Papsy's BBQ restaurant.

FOOD:

Papsy's BBQ is from the makers of Jo’s Chicken Inato, which is one of the Philippines pioneer in grilled chicken. So what is the difference between Papsy's BBQ and Jo's Chicken Inato? Well the difference between the both of them is that Papsy's has the modern touch and a rustic ambiance ,and one of the key's on having a successful business is being able to innovate with the modern world. One of the good things on this restaurant is that they serve most of their food with unlimited rice, and we Filipinos sure do love rice on our plates.

Grilled Paa or Grilled Chicken Legs

For only 95 Php you can get a very juicy and sweet chicken legs. Compared to other grilled chicken Papsy's BBQ has one of the best Grilled Paa because of the tenderness and juiciness of its chicken, mix with the right amount of sweetness on its meat. Never forget that to have a good quality of Grilled meat is to have its meat juice dripping because once it is dry the flavors on it would disappear and possible the grilled chicken would be overcook or in worst case frozen food or not fresh.

Hamburger

For only 42 Php you can get this hamburger and the good thing about this hamburger is that its patty has about 1/2 or 3/4 inches thickness with Tomato and cabbage on it.

French Fries

For only 45 Php you can order french fries and its not just your ordinary fries it has the texture on it and it has a quite good flavor on it. Well my Daughter really loves french fries.

SERVICE:

Well service is great because even though the waiters are busy they still served us very well and even their manager helped on serving the food. Even though the food are fresh they still manage to serve it pretty fast.

RATE:

Although everything in my experience was good I would personally rate it a 8 out of 10 because I didn't see a wow factor on some of the food that was served to us. Well we should understand that you don't expect a hamburger worth 42 php to taste like a 200 php worth of hamburger, even though its good but I didn't find the wow factor on it.
