🍲 Im hungry lets get started ! 🍲
Ingredients : 1lb Pork Cubed / 2 Large Carrots / 2 or 3 Celery Stalks / 3 Potatoes Cubed / 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix / Your favorite seasonings / I used : ( Garlic powder , Italian spice blend , Le Grille for chicken , salt& pepper ) That's it Easy Peasy !
🍲 Get all your Vegetables and your Pork Cubed / Seasoned and ready to go ! 🍲
🍲 Start by browning your Cubed Pork in some Olive Oil or butter on med/high turning frequently ( A big cast iron roasting pan like mine works great ! Handed down to me over 5 generations now ! I ❤ It !! )
🍲 Once Browned deglaze the pan by adding about a cup of water to get all the yummy brown bits from the bottom !
🍲 Add another cup of water and your Onion Soup Mix bring to a boil , then turn down to Med/Low and let Pork cook in soup about 30 min. to tenderize ! Mmmmm! 😋
🍲 After 30 to 45 min. Add your yummy Vegetables / Cook another 45 min, or until tender , That's It turn down to low until ready to serve !!
😋🍲 Dinners Ready served with bread and butter !! I made a plate just for you !! Mmmmmm!🍲😋
