EASY PEASY ONE BOWL WHOLE WHEAT CRANBERRY LOAF
INGREDIENTS / METHOD:
First blend With mixer-
3/4 Can Cranberry Sauce
(Save 1\4 To dollop on top).
1 Large Egg
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1/3 Cup Canola Oil
1\2 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Then Add:
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Bread Flour
1\2 tsp.Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Baking Soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil loaf pan.
Continue to mix on low until blended/ all in one bowl and bake 50 min! Mmmmm!
