😋 Its pretty basic, just brown your seasoned roast on all sides , add some water to the pan to deglaze it and cook on low or in the oven at 325 Degrees for about an hour with the onion added , then add all your vegetables and bake for about 45 min. Thats it, Easy Peasy! Mmmm!
