Many myths are growing in the community that goat meat is not good in consumption for people with high blood "hypertension". Not only that this myth is already very thick in the community even if it is explained in a little medical science that will believe.

According to research done by doctors and some scientists say that eating goat meat is not the cause of humans can be affected by hypertension, although saturated fat in goat meat is high but still lower than the unsaturated fat in goat meat itself. And talk about saturated fats in goat meat as it turns out, saturated fat in goat meat is still lower when compared to saturated fat that is in beef or buffalo, so this could be the reason that actually goat meat does not cause humans to develop hypertension.

But why these myths are so strong in society, what is the reason they are so incredibly confident with this myth ...? The answer is in the processing of the goat meat itself. Goat meat has a high degree of bland compared to beef or buffalo, to overcome the problem causing the use of salt in goat meat will be more than the use of salt in beef or buffalo. And we know that consuming excessive salt can cause hypertension.

So we can draw the conclusion of why that can be affected by hypertension if consuming goat meat because of its excessive way of processing in the use of salt. So the myth or not eating goat meat can cause hypertension that depends on our own.

But all will return to human nature itself, whether to consume excessively or not. Because something excessive is not good.

Goat meat is consumed by more people around the world than any other meat, it's lean and tasty and awesome in a curry.

Hypertension has many contributing causes so targeting a single potential source is risky without looking at other dietry components.

Lean meat should only make a small proportion of a balanced diet and by weight around 100-150gms per day, the majority should be leaf vegetables and fruit together with unrefined grains, and yes salt is the big killer together with refined sugar which is actually a toxin in the body.

That's true what you say, but all back to his own human. For the sake of their satisfaction tends to forget and ignore their health.

I always eat goats and it turned out not so influential, although after eating bada somewhat warm, may be true your word in the cause because of the wrong way of processing

I hope you are not excessive to consume, because something is excessive is not good
