This good bagel just had to come back. I got a spinach bagel with delicious and tangy parmesan cheese. This bagel is not a NY bagel and is limited to Korean and Western. The bread crust is tough, and so is the interior. They are delicious. I like to smoke a little in the wood oven.
It is a little expensive compared to the US 2 ~ 2, 5, 000 won price, but it is unprecedented in Korea. Their brick ovens are awesome! I think I want to make one over the weekend or two!
