You need only one magic ingredient to make a delicious sweet vegan ice cream without added sugar 🍌
Preparation:
Ripe bananas cut into slices and put into the freezer for a few hours (I always keep them in the freezer).
Mix the frozen bananas. You can add to them a tablespoon of coconut milk, peanut butter, almond butter or tahini.
Ice cream serve with fruit, nuts or mixed dates sauce.
