3/4 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Red Onion or Shallot
1 Celery Stalk
2 tbs Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 tbs Craisins
3 tbs Slivered Almonds
Romaine Lettuce
Salt & Pepper to taste
