Wow, I never knew how easy it was to make banana flour. My friends sister is gluten intolerant and he's always looking for new things for her to try, she loves baking but as you said in the post it can be a challenging. Not only will I give this to my friend to try but I myself will be trying it shortly. Thank you for posting this its easy to do, informative, presentation is done very well, and I can not wait for that recipe! :)
