hola a todos quise empezar mi primer post con una receta deliciosa para esas tardes que nos provoca comer algo distinto espero y lo disfruten.
RECETA
Ingredientes
2 tazas de agua
1 pizca de sal
2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
2 tazas de harina de trigo
1 huevo
aprox. 2 tazas de aceite para el momento de freír
azúcar para decorar.
Preparación
1.En una olla suficientemente grande, caliente el agua y la sal hasta hervor, en un recipiente aparte derrita la mantequilla y mezcle ambos contenidos.
2. Incorpore la harina de trigo y remueva constantemente hasta que se forme una masa espesa y elástica.
3.Ahora incorpore el huevo y con la ayuda de una batidora mezcle hasta que consiga una masa de forma homogenea aprox unos 5 min. Es buen momento de poner a calentar el aceite
4.Coloque la masa en una churrera o una manga de pastelería con una boquilla ideal. Es importante que la masa esté suficientemente espesa, pues si esta muy liquida los churros no tomarán la forma deseada.
5.En un caldero profundo con el aceite caliente, forma los churros y con la ayuda de una tijera corta la masa, frielos hasta que estén dorados y crujientes. Una vez listos colócalos sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
Decora con azúcar apenas se retiren del caldero para que el azúcar se adhiera bien o si tenemos un poco de chocolate lo podemos derretir y decorar con el (también puedes usar dulce de leche o mermeladas)

4.Place the dough in a churrera or a cookie sleeve with an ideal nozzle. It is important that the dough is sufficiently thick, if it is very liquid the churros will not take the desired shape.
5.In a deep bowl with the hot oil, form the churros and with the help of a scissors cut the dough, fry until golden and crunchy. When they are ready, place them on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
