  • ingredients

For the soup:

6 potatoes of medium size in cubes, coarsely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 carrot cut into slices
10-12 mushrooms
1 garlic chopped
chicken broth
Salt Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of curry
Red pepper
1.5 liters of hot water
1 cream

  • Execution Method

For the soup:

1.Cut and cubes the mushrooms. In a pan, cook them with 1 tablespoon of butter until they make their water and brown. We take off the fire.

  1. Put the onion and the mash in a little butter. Once these are brown, add the potatoes and the carrot.

  2. Then place the chicken broth in 1.5 liters of water and once it is dissolved, add it to the pot with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Add the salt, the red pepper, the curry, stir and let the soup boil until the potatoes soften.

  4. Pass through the blender and make the soup. If we want to add some warm water to make it thinner. Add the cream, the mushrooms that we have already prepared and leave the soup for 5 minutes to simmer.

For Croton:

  1. Place the bread in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients.

  2. In a baking pan, put the baking sheet and then the bread.

3.We make it hot until golden brown.

Finally: Once we serve the soup, add some croutons to the center and put the rest in a bowl to add everyone to what they want!
