This is tuna and jacket potatos
This is my spaghetti bolognese with extra veg.

This is another breakfast idea, granola with fat free yogurt and raspberrys.
Jacket potato and salad.
Scrambled egg with mushrooms.!
Also drink a lot of water.
Garlic chilli chicken and mushroom balti with egg fried rice using frylight 1cal a spray.
