Steik the meat

Material :

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 cm ginger, shredded

Complementary:

100 gr carrot, cut long / square, boiled

150 grams of potatoes, long cut, fried

50 gr beans, cut long / square, boiled

Sauce material:

1/4 onion, chopped

150 ml of broth

1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

How to make :

  1. Spread the meat with marinade, let stand 1 hour

  2. Heat a nonstick skillet. Enter the butter, After melting, insert the meat, Leave a moment then go back

  3. Put the onions in the remaining meat oil. Add the stock, mix well,

  4. Add pepper, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well, Add the meat back. Cook until the meat is cooked. Thicken the sauce with a cornstarch diluted with a little water. Stir until blowing.

  5. Serve Completely.

Tip:

If using local sirloin meat, boiled dagin in the broth longer, of course the amount of water should be added
