BAHANNYA
- 3 lembar roti tawar, belah 2 menjadi segitiga;
- 2 buah sosis, iris tipis;
- 1 siung bawang bombay, iris tipis;
- Saus bolognese delmonte (bisa diganti dengan saus tomat), secukupnya;
- Keju mozzarella, diparut, secukupnya;
- Keju cheddar, diparut, secukupnya;
- Oregano, secukupnya.
PROSES PEMBUATANNYA
- Oles roti tawar dengan saus bolognese, lalu beri potongan sosis, bawang bombay, keju mozzarella, keju cheddar dan oregano. Panggang hingga keju mozzarella leleh;
- Sajikan hangat dengan saus tomat atau saus cabe.
