In the daily life of the people of Aceh, Bulukat become the most popular food in aceh, because the bulukat has a tasty taste, coupled with grated coconut, making the taste more savory. Actually the bulukat is glutinous rice steamed to become pulut. But in the community of aceh bulukat a food that is not forgotten served in upara ceremony (khanduri) held in Aceh.
