Materials

2 servings

1 packet of rice ampok (corn)

1 fish pindang (shred-shred)

4 grains of red onion (thinly sliced)

3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)

5 fruit cayenne pepper (sliced thin)

to taste sliced scallions

to taste salt and flavoring

Step

Saute the onion and chilli duo until aromatic.

Add the fish shred, then stir until the fish is cooked.

Enter ampok (corn), rice, salt and flavorings. Mix well and pervasive spices. Correction it feels.

Sprinkle sliced green onion, and mix well.

Turn off the heat and the rice is fried corn ready to be served.
