Beef: thick beast is a pure name for meat, especially skeletal muscles. Humans are already eating meat meat from prehistoric times. Beef is a good source of ZIP: zinc, iron and high quality protein and essential nutrients.

Beef meat is a type of red meat. Red meat contain red colour. Red color at meat is due to more myoglobin protein

Beef is meat from full-grown cattle about 2 years old . If cattle is a less then of 2 years old is a veal.

Round meat is  the rear leg of the cattle.
