Humus is a typical Middle Eastern porridge.

Foods that are puree, porridge or cocolan sauce is made from soybeans.

Soybeans are mashed and cooked with lentini, tahini (milled sesame), olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic.

Hummus is usually eaten with dry pita bread and vegetables.

 1 juice of lemon juice.
 2 cloves of garlic.
 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.
 6 tablespoons olive oil / olive oil.
