Hi @plantbasemiri, nice post you got there. I noticed the you mentioned that you are a vegan diabetic. I can’t help but to strongly recommend you to go for a low carb diet instead of low fat and a little fasting. You will ne surprise at your result after a week. Just my suggestion as i’m on this diet right now and my fasted sugar is below 5mmol/L. Keep posting and have an awesome day.

Haha no, thank you :) I've been on a low-carb diet and it can help manage your diabetes on a short term, but not long term. I read lots of research about it and since I switched to this diet instead of Low-Carb Diet, my LAB results are much much better. Also, houndreds of people having type2 diabetes reveresed their disease with this diet, and everybody with type 1 diabetes improves their disease with it, just like me. This is a fact, not a question :) Check out masteringdiabetes.org. They've helped thousands of people having diabetes to reverse or improve their disease. I follow their program.

Good to hear that this diet is working. I will definitely checkout the link you suggested. Thanks.

Well said @plantbasedmiri I am proud of you 🍒 🍌🍑🌿🍍🍓🍇
