My eyes are charmed to see the beauty of kumro ful.

Pumpkin flower fritters or kumro ful er Bora is one of the popular and traditional fritters among Bengalis.
Today morning I have brought some pumpkin flower from my roof garden .So I have made" some kumro fuler Bora" . This is very tasty and delicious.
Recipe of pumpkin flower fritters or kumro fuler bora:
Steps:
1:wash pumpkin flower nicely.
2:peel the pumpkin and make thin slices about 3-4 long.
3: Combine chickpea flour ,rice, flour,sodi-bi-carb, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, nigella seeds,popy seeds,carom seeds, and salt in a bowl.
4: Heat oil in a wok or korai
5 : Fry each side turns crisp and golden brown.
This is very easy to fry and so delicious food .

Do the pumpkins grow all year round there? Here in Canada we only have pumpkin & squash flowers in summer so they aren't a well-known food!

No pumpkins grow not all year in Bangladesh .It is also found in summer in our country.But at roof it is very difficult to cultivate.
