Ingredients
- Unsweetened almond milk (1 cup)
- Water (1 cup)
- Banana (1 piece)
- Pumpkin puree (½ cup)
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla sugar
- Cereals (1 cup)
- Egg white (2 pieces)
- Almond oil
- Pumpkin seeds
- Yogurt
Cooking
Place the pot over high heat and mix almond milk, water, chopped banana and pumpkin puree with salt and spices. Bring to a boil.
When the mixture boils, add oatmeal. Reduce heat and simmer until porridge thickens.
Beat the egg whites and pour them into the porridge, stirring constantly so that the whites do not curl. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
In the finished porridge, add almond oil and pumpkin seeds. You can supplement the dish with yogurt.
