hello all ... today I will share recipes that cassava leaves with coconut milk and anchovy. the following ingredients and ways of cooking:

Ingredients:

  • 1 red pepper, 12 cayenne pepper, 2 garlic, 2 onions, sour 8 sunti
  • 2 bunches cassava leaves
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 5 green chillies
  • little anchovies
  • coconut milk
  • salt to taste

How to cook:

  • clean wash cassava leaves

  • boiled cassava leaves, add salt to taste

  • puree the onion, garlic, red pepper, cayenne pepper, and sour sunti

  • enter coconut milk, green peppers and chopped red onion into boiled cassava leaves

  • add spices, turmeric powder and coriander

  • enter anchovy and stir

  • add salt to taste
  • cook until boiling coconut milk

  • cassava leaves with coconut milk and anchovy ready to be eaten with rice
