Good day,
Fruits are good for you.
We all love food and we all would like to live well and healthy for as long as possible.
Our time here is directly dependant on the state of our body.
So taking care of the body is wisdom.
One of the best ways to take good care of the body is to eat raw fresh foods.
Like fruits and vegetables.
Eating fresh fruits and exercise is the key to living long and living strong.
