Hello Stemians, the weekend is here and what better way to enjoy it with CAKE. All the cake lovers who would want to make a banana cake the simplest way possible.
Ingredient (what you will need)
• 250gms butter
• 180gms sugar
• 200gms mashed ripe bananas
• 4tspns baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 2tspns banana, vanilla or orange flavor/essence (your choice)
• 250gms flour
Procedure
- Mix butter and sugar till light
- Add eggs and mix one at a time till fully incorporated
- Put the essence and mashed bananas and keep mixing
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and add in the batter mixture.
- Put in your already prepared loaf tin and bake.
It’s ready when a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
