Lunchtime at work.

This afternoon at lunchtime I took one of my favorites at the office. It's a local Nigerian meal of Roasted yam.

The yam didn't come alone of course, accompanying it were potatoes, bitter leave, smoked fish and kpomo.

Smoked fish is locally called kpanla, while kpomo is literally leather. That's right I said leather. In Nigeria, cow and goat skin is eaten. Cow skin is what's normally called kpomo.

Since in on the go, the meal usually comes in a nylon, which is then put in a plate.

Trust me it's delicious.
