  1. A typical omelet from a mixture of egg and milk proteins, a few fresh tomatoes or a handful of any frozen vegetables, for example, green beans

  2. Grilled chicken fillet, pre-marinated in lemon juice with spices, with salad from any vegetables.

  3. Cod, salmon or any other fish for a couple, with a garnish of vegetables

  4. Crab meat baked in foil in oven, with tomato salad

  5. Seafood with vegetables

  6. Light soup on broth from chicken, fish, seafood. Do not combine in a light soup intended for dinner, potatoes, meat and cereals

  7. Chicken fillet baked with spices in foil 8. 150 g cottage cheese with cinnamon

  8. 150g of Taorogi with herbs and garlic

  9. Fish or chicken cutlets baked in the oven

This is so me @nasir1983 and thanks for sharing. I'm struggling here at the minute because it feels like my belly is eating my legs because I am starving.. LOL. As much as I love my meat every time I see tomatoes on the vine I'm hooked on that dish..
