In Beijing, there are small stalls of tricycles (we call xiao zang tan), and the booths are popular at night.The stinky tofu introduced today is not the same as changsha stinky tofu.The stinky tofu at the booth has been with me until now.The taste has never changed, the only drawback is that it is not clean.The stinky tofu at the Beijing booth is deep-fried until golden brown, then poured out with a layer of quality soup (I don't know what's in it yet).Immediately the smell comes out.Can't help drooling.Sprinkle with coriander and chili sauce, these are finished, can be very satisfied to eat a box.Although not clean, but these are the taste of my love, the taste of childhood, the taste of old Beijing city.
