Hey guys, well I'm very lucky to know a gal with a garden, and she hooked it up with some voluptuous zucchinis. I'm remembering a post about zucchini pancakes a while back when it strikes me, these zucchinis should be made into cakes. I have a love of cupcakes, and a newly acquired (from my mom) bundt pan, so I thought I would try to find a zucchini bread recipe I could adapt for these shaped pans. So I went out into the steemit search realm, and voila, I found great grandma awesome's zucchini bread. I mixed it up a lil bit by adding ginger, butter instead of oil, and chocolate chunks at the end. ( I made sure to combine the dry with the dry, and the wet with the wet ingredients, before bringing the two together)
P.S.: it's in the oven right now and the house smells amazing!
