Pan Cakes early in the Morning makes my day Day Happy. A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter. When I was A kid my Mom usually cook this for us cause she knows we love eating this in early in the morning. When I miss my mom we buy it on the market. My mom loves to cook and this one is the best.
