Who doesn't like cheesecake? Simple and easy recipe that is to die for.
What you will need
~Crust ingredients~
-18 graham crackers
-1/2 cup of melted butter
~Filling ingredients~
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1 cup of sour cream
-1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
-4 (6-8oz) packages of cream cheese
-1-2 cups of white sugar
-3 cups of milk
-4 eggs
-2 teaspoons of lemon zest
You will also need a 9-inch springform pan that you can find at almost any grocery store.
~Directions~
Step 1---> Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2---> Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan
Step 3---> Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until you have a consistency of wet sand
Step 4---> Press crumb mixture into the bottom of springform pan
Step 5---> Whisk sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
Step 6---> In a separate large bowl stir cream cheese and sugar until evenly incorporated
Step 7---> Pour milk into cream cheese mixture and stir until all combined.
Step 8---> Stir in eggs (one at a time)
Step 9---> Stir in the sour cream mixture and lemon zest until evenly incorporated
Step 10--> Pour mixture into springform pan.
Step 11--> Bake in oven for 1-2 hours. Edges should be golden brown
Step 12--> Put cheese cake in fridge for 5-6 hours or leave overnight
