Caramel Apple Trifles

Ingredients:

Caramel Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp salted butter, cubed, room temperature
1/4 cup heavy cream, room temperature

Cinnamon Apples:
3 apples, diced
2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter

Cinnamon Whipped Cream:
1 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup Cinnamon Granola

Directions and Steps:

  1. To make the caramel, include the sugar in an even layer to the base of a medium pan.

  2. Warmth sugar on medium-high and rush until the point when the sugar has softened, around 5 minutes. The sugar will bump together, yet in the end dissolve.

  3. Keep racing until the point when the temperature achieves 350 degrees or the sugar has turned a golden shading. It will achieve 350 degrees rapidly after all the sugar has dissolved. Watch it intently. It goes from pleasant caramel to consumed rapidly.

  4. Expel caramel from warmth and include margarine. Rush until liquefied and joined. Blend may bubble a bit.
