INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp canola oil
2 chicken leg quarters
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Teriyaki sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat the stove to 400 degrees.
2.Warmth the olive oil in an OVEN PROOF dish over medium high warmth. Season the two sides of the chicken leg quarters with ocean salt, naturally split pepper, and garlic powder, to taste.
3.Place into the HOT skillet and cook, until brilliant dark colored, around 3 minutes. Flip the chicken over and put into the stove for 30 minutes. Following 30 minutes, slather the two sides of the chicken with teriyaki sauce at that point put again into the stove for 5 minutes, or until the point when chicken is cooked through. Expel from the broiler and let the meat rest for 5 minutes before cutting. Present with additional teriyaki as an afterthought if wanted.
