Hello steemians!
Today recipe is an old Serbian, very yummy and easy to make. We call it prženice. :)
INGREDIENTS:
• 5 eggs
• 10 pieces of bread
• 3 spoons of oil
• salt (as you like)
INSTRUCTIONS: whisk eggs and salt, roll in bread into the mixture and fry in a hot pan. For each tour of grilling it's enough one spoon of oil.
When they get golden-yellow color, they are ready. Serve it hot with some cheese, yogurt or any kind of fresh salad. :)
