Beetroot chips can be made at home without any special devices. Only
an oven is needed. Chips from beets can be chewed all day, they are
much more useful than potato.
spray (vegetable oil)
5 pieces of large beets, peeled and cut into thin circles
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt, black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Drizzle with culinary spray or oil.
Spread the beet slices on a baking sheet in one layer. Lubricate them
on both sides with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Turn over and cook until the chips
become crispy, another 15-20 minutes. Get out of the oven, put it on
the grate to cool and dry. Then fold it into a container.
