There aren't as many things as good for your gut as sweet potatoes... it's packed with dietary fiber/prebiotics (nutrients that feed the beneficial bacterium in your gut!) to help nourish the microflora in your gut!

Enough of that introduction to convince you that sweet potatoes are a superfood... Time for fun! ... Chop chop..
Ingredients:
- A sweet potato
- 1 tbsp of arrowroot flour
- 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
Best to cut in half, I find them to large too chop up otherwise, this parts up to you.
About 1/4 inch cuts
Adding the flour gives it a bit of a crunch. Arrowroot flour is also a prebiotic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
Leave in oven about 45 mins at 375°...
