Lack of energy in the morning? here is a quick energy boost

To all you who feel sluggish in the morning i have something for you guys!
Here we have a nice quick and easy recipe full of energy to kick start that day.
If you like something a little sweet then this is for you!

Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups milk of choice, water, or yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 cup blueberries, frozen
½ cup raspberries, frozen
½ cup blackberries, frozen
PREPARATION
1.Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2.Serve and enjoy energized for the rest of the day!

After trying this i was ready to start my day full of energy and ready to face anything that may come my way!
