Beef soup and vegetables is good for health - Original Recipe

HELLO ALL

            Today I will make a Beef Soup Very simple and I'll show you how to make it so that you can all try it.  Hope you like it :) 

  INGREDIENTS   

  • 300 grams of beef (not fatty)
  • 2 scallions
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1.6 liters of water
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams bean sprouts
  • 1 packet Gosari
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • pepper to taste

                      Boiled ingredients above, this process takes approximately 5 minutes.

               After 5 + 20 minutes of boiling, turn off the heat and eject meat from the soup.

                                                          Cut the meat like the image above.

                                                Prepare the leeks, leeks Cut 5-7 cm long.

                          Prepare bean sprouts and mushrooms and then wash thoroughly.

             4 tsp chili powder, 3 tablespoons oil, 6 tbsp soy sauce 4 tablespoons sesame oil 

                                                          pepper to taste (garlic boiled)

                 Input ingredients we have prepared right and add seasoning at the top.

             Input into the water used to stew Simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

                                         Then add 2 eggs, a beef soup ready to be serve.

Sometimes the simplest the food is the more delicious. I have learned from an Italian chef that 3 seasonings is enough to make your food tasty enough.
