Making Russian actually Ukrainian food ,called "Golubci". Ground beef with rice and spices filling into any veggies! Main veggies are small ,light green bell peppers, cabbage, tomatoes,you can use eggplant, zucchini and grape leaves as well. Next time making Golupci i will make a video of it!

Hi :) i am suprised you know so much about Голубцы? ,and there are many different ways of making it in each country, i didn't have a chance to try it in Poland , they had so many choices of food ,my mom used to make Golubci a lot :)
