To make a strawberry cream you will need:
Strawberry - 100 g;
cream 35% - 200 g;
sugar - 1 tbsp. l. (or to taste).
Strawberries are washed, dried, chopped and placed in a blender. Beat with a blender until mashed. In a bowl, place fat cream. Whip the cream together with the sugar to a state of splendor, then add the strawberry puree. Whip cream together with strawberry puree, and you will get a beautiful strawberry cream of a gentle pink color. The finished strawberry cream can be cleaned in the refrigerator for a while, and you can immediately lay out on the cups and serve. As an addition to this cream, any cookie is perfect. This cream can also be used as a filler for cakes and pastries.
