VISITED to a tourist attraction that is surrounded by the sea is not complete if it does not taste seafood. Moreover, the food is very easy to find around the beach. A number of restaurants seemed to compete to offer their best dish to the tourists who come.

Processing seafood also varied. There are burned, boiled, until pan-fried and combined with other foodstuffs. Maybe you've seen the processing of marine animals into direct food that is boiled just like that in boiling water alive. Just imagining it can make you shudder with horror.

the Swiss government has now issued a new policy not to process lobster alive even though it is widely used by seafood restaurants in various parts of the world. Many people think that marine animals can not feel pain when boiled directly in boiling water, but not so with the Swiss government. Because scientists have revealed the facts about animal rights.

Scientists agree that animals belonging to crustaceans such as lobsters, crabs and shrimp have a very sophisticated and complex nervous system that can sense how painful it is when boiled alive. Based on that fact, the government took action to make a major overhaul of the animal protection legislation. After the reshuffle, the practice of drowning live lobster into boiling water is no longer allowed.

The regulation is due to take effect on March 1, 2018. The government appealed to the restaurant and residents who want to process the lobster should give pause before making the animal lifeless and then processed into cooking. According to the Swiss public broadcaster RTS, the only acceptable method of animal beating is electric shock or mechanical destruction in the lobster's brain.

In addition to prohibiting boiling lobster alive, the Swiss government also prohibits local residents to transport other crustacean animals using ice or cold water. The way to catch an animal is to take it directly from its natural environment. Hmm, how do you think about this new Swiss Government policy?
