Holla all, hari ini aku masak sayuran yang bervitamin untuk buka puasa setelah beberapa hari buka puasa nya dengan makanan sembarangan. Ini namanya capcay.
*Bahan-bahan :
-150gr Udang
-3 Siung Bawang Putih, Iris
-1bh Wortel, Iris
-1/2 Kembang Kol
-1bh Sawi putih
-1ons Arcis
-1ons Jagung
-1sdt Kecap Asin
-1/2sdt Garam
-1/2sdt Lada
-Minyak Untuk Menumis
-Air Secukupnya
1.Tumis bawang putih hingga harum
2.Masukkan wortel, beri sedikit air
3.Lalu masukkan semua sayuran
4.Masak sampai sayuran setengah matang
5.Kemudian masukkan udang, kecap asin dan semua bumbu
6.Masak lagi hingga semua matang, koreksi rasa
7.Dan sajikan.
