Hallo sahabat stemians, hari ini saya akan membagikan resep sup tahu sutra yang sederhana tapi rasanya juara. Berikut resepnya
*Bahan-bahan :
-Udang secukupnya
-2bh kentang
-1bh wortel
-5bh buncis
-1/2 kembang kol
-1 kotak tahu sutra (potong dadu sesuai selera)
-1bh tomat
-1 batang daun bawang potong tipis
-Minyak goreng secukupnya, untuk menumis
*Bumbu :
-5 siung bawang putih (ulek/blender)
-Lada bubuk secukupnya
-Garam secukupnya
*Cara Membuat :
1.Tumis bawang putih yang sudah di ulek/blender lalu masukkan udang
2.Tambahkan air tunggu sampai mendidih
3.Kemudian masukkan kentang dan wortel sampai matang
4.Lalu masukkan buncis dan kembang kol
5.Setelah semua matang masukkan tahu, tomat, dan daun bawang
6.Beri garam dan lada bubuk sesuai selera, koreksi rasa
7.Sup tahu yang gurih dan segar siap di sajikan
