Feast Your Eyes on the Beautiful Cremtini!
Before we begin, you need a few items:
Lemoncello - Creamy Kind, not the watery liquor THIS IS VITAL
Half and Half
Fresh Lemon
High Quality Sugar - Preferably rock sugar pulverized with a mallet
Martini Glasses
Paper Plate - To Sugar the Rims of the Martini Glasses
Grater
Paring Knife
Begin by preparing the rims of the Martini Glasses why wetting the rim and rolling the tops of each glass in the plate of sugar you have.
Next, squeeze the lemon you have into a bowl and disperse the liquid into each glass, filling it about 1/7 of the way
Pour the Lemoncello into the martini glasses about 1/3 - 1/2 way up the glass (to your taste)
Stir the lemon juice and Lemoncello together in the glasses
Add Half & Half to just the brim of the martini glass
Take the long side of the lemon you squeezed and grate it to create Zest, right onto the top of the cocktail
Take a paring knife to the outer edges of the lemon to cut curly strips of lemon for garnish
VOILA!! YOU HAVE A CREMTINI!
